As a funder operating in the insolvency claims arena, naturally our captive audience are Insolvency Practitioners’ seeking to assign cases to a third-party funder such as Acapella to invest/fund in cases where there is a sufficient merit of success by way of insolvency litigation. 

In assigning insolvency claims to us, we fund further investigative work and orchestrate the litigation strategy in order to negotiate an optimum settlement for the creditor estate.  

We work with a select range of IPs, ranging from owner-managed organisations, to larger regional IPs and restructuring organisations who would benefit from our services during the insolvency process. 

As an industry specialist in the insolvency sector, we create and nurture relationship with regional IPs to create a cycle of referrals, which is why we work with a select panel of IPs and service them exceptionally well, for regular referrals. 

In some instances – we also take on referrals from insolvency law firms and independent consultants who may have deal flow available to them, that require funding for further investigative work and/or litigation.
